Bullion Chocolate

In September last year Sarah and I were in Sheffield for a photoshoot. Our friends Arran and Fern, proud residents of that lovely city, showed us around because we had an idea that we might build an entire collection from one place. That is still some way off, but we did meet the people behind Bullion Chocolate. We were smitten; this really is good chocolate. Of course, there’s a lot of chocolate to choose from, some awful, some brilliant, some in between. This is brilliant.

Bullion generously agreed to make some exclusive bars for us, and we named them cheerfully. Here they are. The idea behind the colour and naming is that we think these make great presents.
